AP Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports on Israel’s biggest strike this year on Lebanon’s capital — an apparent bid to take out Hezbollah’s leader.

Several buildings are destroyed by a series of huge explosions in a densely-populated area in Lebanon’s capital; Iran describes the attack as ‘a game changing escalation’. Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to keep fighting Hezbollah, telling world leaders at the UN General Assembly ‘We are winning’.
