If one object appears blue and another red, that doesn’t always mean that the blue object is hotter than red. Is that correct? If yes then how is it so? I am sorry but I’m bit confused over it. With the “Color Temperature” concept on Wikipedia. They say 1,700 K to match a flame. But 15,000–27,000 K for a clear blue poleward sky. This confuses me.
